Shipping
We have found that many companies do not disclose their shipping charges until you are checking out. This is frustrating for most shoppers. Therefore, we offer a flat shipping charge for all US orders under $75 of $6.95. Shipping is free for mainland US orders over $75. Frozen Hot Chocolate and Big Train items do not qualify for free shipping and will nullify your free shipping even if you purchase these items along with other items. Free Shipping does not apply to international orders or to orders being shipped to Hawaii or Alaska. Delivery time is generally 2-5 days with few exceptions.

Expedited shipping (3-day, 2-day, overnight) is based upon weight of order and calculated during the checkout process when you choose the shipping method. If you are concerned about the safety of an order being left at your door by USPS or FedEx, then you should choose an expedited shipping method and we will require signature for delivery. FedEx charges an additional amount for signature for delivery. If you do not choose an expedited option and the package is delivered to your door but you do not receive it, we are not responsible and cannot reship or refund your order.
***Shipping to Canada and all international locations is based upon weight and current USPS Priority shipping rates. Please note, we cannot ship Burt's Bees or our Graffiti Zoo Gourmet Chocolates to Canada, but all other products can be shipped to Canada. We cannot ship Graffiti Zoo Chocolates to any international location.

We ship all regular orders within the U.S. by U.S.P.S. Priority Mail or FedEx Ground, except expedited orders which are always shipped via FedEx.

If you live outside the United States, our site will calculate your shipping costs based upon weight during the checkout process. You will be able to see the total amount for shipping prior to placing your order. We always ship international orders via USPS Priority Mail which includes tracking and insurance to ensure your order arrives quickly and is covered by insurance and tracking.

Return Policy
Every purchase from Chocolate Lotus Inc. is guaranteed. Unopened items may be returned in their original condition and packaging within 10 days of your receipt of the item for a refund of the product purchase price. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. Once the items are received, your refund will be processed immediately. Please contact us for a Return Authorization (RA) number prior to returning any items. If you return your item(s) without an RA number, your order will not be refunded and you will have to pay additional shipping charges if you would like us to return the item(s) to you.

We do not accept returns of opened or used merchandise and we do not accept returns of any food item including drink mixes, cakes, gourmet chocolates, etc. We do not accept returns after 10 days of your receipt of the item. Gift Baskets may not be returned as they are personalized and customized at the time of order.

Damaged items will be replaced with an identical product. Please contact us within 5 days of receipt of any damaged items and save the box and all packaging materials, as they may be needed.

Payment
We offer secure on-line ordering using PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account to place an order. You will not be required to open a PayPal account to place your order. PayPal accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX and eChecks.

Tax
Only items shipped within the State of Florida will be taxed. The Sales Tax Rate is 7%.

To ensure our customers privacy, we never sell, loan, rent or give away your name, email, address, or any other personal information to any third party.
