I like everything in this kit. The shadows are velvety soft. The light one has a little shimmer and the dark one is more matte. The blush is a great color and works well as eyeshadow too. The mascara is very conditioning and does not irritate my contact lenses. The gloss is so pretty and the brushes are incredibly soft. I'm not used to the fat pencils so I just use an eyeliner brush and apply the dark as a liner and use the light end of the pencil directly as a shadow. The box and presentation are adorable. At less than $7.00 per item you can't beat the price.
